You must be 16 or older to use the Service. One person, one account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.

Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of AI Cadbull Studio ("the Service"), operated by Cadbull. By creating an account or using any tool you agree to these Terms. Please read carefully — last updated on the date this page was published.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, infringes third-party rights, or attempts to extract our model weights / reverse-engineer the platform.
- No automated scraping of public Discover content beyond fair-use rate limits.
- No reselling of raw API access without a separate enterprise agreement.
- No uploading of plans or images you do not own or have rights to use.
- No deceptive AI-generated content used to defraud (e.g. fake property listings).
3. Ownership of generated content
You own the AI-generated renders, floor plans, theses, DWG files and reports produced from your prompts and uploads, subject to you having the right to the inputs you provided. We retain a non-exclusive licence to display public Discover items for promotional and platform-improvement purposes (you can flip any item to Private anytime).
4. Credits, payments & billing
Most tools deduct credits per generation. Pricing is shown before you confirm each run. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Service availability & changes
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may add, change, or remove features and adjust credit costs with reasonable notice. Critical security fixes may ship without notice.
6. Termination
You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or initiate fraudulent chargebacks. On termination your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy retention rules.
7. Disclaimer & liability
AI outputs are provided 'as is' and must be reviewed by a qualified architect / engineer before use in real construction or legal documents. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app and by email. Continued use after the update means you accept the new version.
