Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Three categories: account data (email, name, optional profile info), product data (uploads, prompts, generation outputs, wallet history), and operational data (logs, IP address, device/browser, basic analytics events).

2. Why we collect it

To run the Service (generate your renders), bill you correctly, prevent abuse and fraud, troubleshoot failures, and improve quality. We do not sell your personal data to anyone, ever.

3. Where it lives

Account & metadata in our managed Postgres database (encrypted at rest, EU/US regions). Files (uploads + generated images) in object storage with private buckets, signed URLs only. Payments processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers — we never see your full card number.

4. AI provider data flow

Your prompts and uploaded images are sent to Google's Gemini API to produce outputs. Per Google's enterprise terms, this data is not used to train Google's foundation models. We do not share your data with any other AI provider.

5. Public Discover items

Items you mark Public (or that auto-publish on completion) appear on /discover with your display name. Flip them to Private from any item card to remove from Discover; the underlying file remains in your private gallery.

6. Cookies & analytics

We use a single first-party session cookie for auth. Analytics are aggregated and anonymous (no third-party ad tracking, no Facebook pixel, no Google Ads remarketing).

7. Data retention

Account data: kept while your account is active. On deletion: removed within 30 days, except billing records we are legally required to retain (typically 7 years in India). Backups purged within 90 days.

8. Your rights

Access, correct, export, or delete your data anytime from Settings → Data. EU/UK users have additional GDPR rights — see our GDPR Policy.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for users under 16. If we discover an account belongs to a child, we delete it.
