Frequently asked questions
How long does a render take?
3D Visualizer: 60–180 seconds for 4 views. Floor Plan Generator: 30–90 seconds. Image-to-DWG: 20–60 seconds. Times scale with complexity and load.
What if a generation fails?
We auto-retry twice. If it still fails, credits are refunded to your wallet automatically. You can retry without re-uploading inputs.
Can I use outputs commercially?
Yes — you own the outputs. See our Design Policy for nuance on derivative works.
Will I ever be charged twice for the same render?
No. The wallet ledger is double-entry — every debit is matched to a single generation, and a failure produces an offsetting credit-back row. A nightly audit pages our team if any debit is stranded.
What if I don't have enough credits?
The Generate button is disabled with a one-line explanation of how many more credits you need. Top up in one click; the run starts immediately afterwards.
Do credits expire?
No — as long as your subscription is active, unused credits stay on your account.
