Design Policy

1. You own your designs

Floor plans, 3D renders, sketches, and DWG files generated from your prompts and uploads belong to you. You can use them commercially: client presentations, brochures, planning submissions, marketing material.

2. Originality & derivative works

AI outputs are statistically derived from a vast training corpus and your prompts. While Cadbull AI does not deliberately reproduce copyrighted designs, you remain responsible for ensuring final designs do not infringe on third-party IP — particularly when prompting in the style of named architects or buildings.

3. Professional review is mandatory for build

Every output intended for actual construction must be reviewed, validated, and stamped by a qualified architect / structural engineer in your jurisdiction. AI-generated structural assumptions, load calculations, and code compliance are starting points, not certified deliverables.

4. Vastu & cultural guidance

Vastu Analyzer provides directional and zone-based observations grounded in classical Vastu Shastra principles. These are guidance, not religious or legal pronouncements; consult a Vastu acharya for ceremonial decisions.

5. Plot, code & local regulation

Floor plans must be cross-checked against your local FSI, setback, height, fire-egress, and ULB by-law requirements. Cadbull AI defaults reflect common Indian practice but cannot replace municipal approval drawings.

6. Watermarks & attribution

Free-tier renders include a small AI Cadbull Studio watermark. Paid tiers produce clean exports. Attribution back to AI Cadbull Studio is appreciated but never required.

7. Public showcase items

Items you publish to /discover may be featured by us on social media or marketing material with your display name credited. Anything you flip to Private will be removed from those surfaces within 24 hours.

8. Reporting infringement

If you believe a Discover item infringes on your copyright, email legal@cadbull.com with proof of ownership. We follow standard takedown procedures and notify the uploader.
