1. No monetary refunds — ever
Once a payment is made for credits, a subscription, or any plan on AI Cadbull Studio, the amount is non-refundable. We do not return money to your card, UPI, bank account, or wallet under any circumstance — including unused credits, accidental purchases, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with AI output.
2. Failed renders → credits topped up (not money)
If a generation fails on our side (model timeout, internal error, blank output, system crash) and the spent credits are not automatically returned to your wallet, our team will manually top up the equivalent credits to your account. This is the only remedy we offer for failed renders. No cash refund will be issued in any case.
- Auto-return: most failed renders refund credits to your wallet within seconds.
- Manual top-up: if auto-return doesn't happen, contact support and we'll top up the credits.
- All credit top-ups are logged in Wallet → Transactions for full transparency.
- Credits topped up have the same value and validity as purchased credits.
3. AI output depends on your input
AI Cadbull Studio uses AI models to generate output. The quality, accuracy, and relevance of every render depends entirely on YOUR prompt, the documents you upload, and the images you provide. The AI interprets your input and produces an output based on it — different prompts and reference files produce different results.
- A vague or incomplete prompt will produce a generic output — this is not a failure.
- Low-resolution, unclear, or incorrect reference images affect the AI's output quality.
- Uploaded documents (DWG, PDF, sketches) must be readable and correctly formatted for best results.
- Subjective dissatisfaction with AI output is NOT grounds for a credit top-up or refund — we recommend refining your prompt and regenerating.
- AI output is probabilistic; we do not guarantee any specific style, exact match, or commercial-grade result on the first attempt.
4. Subscriptions & top-up packages
Monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from Settings → Billing. You keep access and unused credits until the end of the billing period. We do NOT issue any monetary refund — partial, pro-rata, or full — for any subscription or one-time credit top-up. Unused credits remain valid while your account stays active.
5. Chargebacks & disputes
Before raising a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, please contact us at support@cadbull.com — we will resolve genuine issues by topping up credits where applicable. Chargebacks raised without prior contact will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all remaining credits, since our stated policy is credits-only remediation.
6. Summary
No money is ever refunded. If something goes wrong on our side, we top up credits. AI output quality depends on your prompt and uploaded files — please craft your input carefully before spending credits.
