What are credits / points?

Credits (also called points) are the in-app currency you spend on each generation. New accounts get Paid plans from $9.99 include 50–1500 AI Credits. Top up anytime from Settings → Wallet — Lite (200), Standard (1,000), or Pro (5,000 + monthly perks). Subscriptions add monthly credit grants on top.

What happens when my balance is low?

If you don't have enough for a tool, the Generate button is disabled and a banner shows the exact shortfall. We never start a partial run, never overdraft, and never silently fail — top up and the run starts immediately.

Do credits expire?

No — credits never expire while your account is active. Subscription credits also roll forward unused as long as your subscription is active.

Are failed generations refunded?

Yes — automatically, within seconds. The refund appears as a 'refund' row in Settings → Wallet → Transactions, linked to the original generation.

How many corners / angles does a 3D render produce?

Standard 3D Visualizer: 4 corner views by default (Front-Right, Front-Left, Back-Right, Back-Left). You can request up to 8 angles. Pro Render produces one client-grade view per run.

What if a render comes back broken?

Auto-detected blank/corrupt frames are silently retried twice, then refunded. If a delivered render is clearly off-prompt, click 'Report issue' on the gallery card — reviewed within 2 business days, valid reports are refunded plus a bonus credit.

Do renders have a watermark?

Free-tier renders carry a small AI Cadbull Studio watermark in the corner. Paid tiers (any active subscription, or any one-time top-up of Standard or above) export clean, watermark-free.

What resolution do renders export at?

Standard renders export at 1024×1024 JPG (PNG on request). Pro Render exports up to 2048×2048.

How do I download my renders?

Open any project in your gallery — single download per image, or 'Download all (ZIP)' to grab the full set with view labels preserved in filenames.

Are my uploaded files private?

Yes. Uploads and generated outputs live in private object storage with signed URLs. Only you (and admins for support) can access them. Files are never used to train any AI model.

What is auto-publishing to Discover?

By default, completed projects, theses, and Vastu reports are flagged Public and appear on /discover so the architect community can see your work. You can toggle any item back to Private from its card at any time — it disappears from Discover within seconds.

How do public share links work?

Every public item has a stable share URL with rich Open Graph previews (title, description, hero image). Anyone with the link can view but cannot edit. Flip to Private to disable the link.

How do I delete my data?

Settings → Data → Delete account, or delete individual projects/renders from the gallery. Deletion is permanent within 30 days; encrypted backups purged within 90 days.

How do I get a refund?

Auto-refunds for failed generations are instant. For a manual refund (broken or off-prompt output) click 'Report issue' on the render in your gallery within 7 days — reviewed within 2 business days.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, anytime from Settings → Billing. You keep access and unused credits until the end of the current billing period. Subscription periods are not pro-rated, but credits never expire.

One-time credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, except for failed generations (which are auto-refunded as credits, not cash).

Can I use outputs commercially?

Yes — you own everything generated from your prompts and uploads. Use them in client decks, marketing, planning submissions, brochures. Final construction drawings must still be reviewed and stamped by a licensed architect/engineer.

Who owns the IP of generated images?

You do, subject to you having the rights to the inputs you provided. We retain a non-exclusive licence to display public Discover items for promotional purposes (you can revoke this by flipping to Private).
