Render Policy

Photoreal renders are the most credit-intensive thing you do here. This policy spells out what we guarantee per render, what counts as acceptable input, what gets rejected, and what triggers automatic credit refunds.

1. What counts as a successful render

An image is delivered at the requested resolution, free of corruption, broadly matching the prompt and reference, with no blank/black-frame failures and no provider error.

2. Per-view delivery promise

When you request N views (e.g. 4 corners), we either deliver all N or refund the failed ones automatically. You will never be charged for a view that did not land in your gallery.

3. Retries

Internal pipeline failures (timeout, transient model error) trigger up to 2 silent retries before the credit is refunded. You can manually re-run any render from the gallery without re-uploading inputs.

4. Acceptable input — checklist

Run through this list before uploading. Inputs that pass tend to produce far better renders on the first try.

  • Format: JPG, PNG, or PDF (single page or multi-page).
  • Size: up to 20 MB; long edge at least 1024 px (2048 px+ recommended for plans).
  • Floor plan: orthographic top-down view, walls clearly visible, room labels readable.
  • Sketch input: clean lines on light background, perspective consistent, scale roughly accurate.
  • Reference image: high-quality photograph of the desired style — same building type as your project.
  • PDF: vector PDFs are best (we read room labels); scanned PDFs work if pages are flat and unrotated.
  • Language: room labels in English or transliterated Hindi for best AI understanding.
  • Rights: you own or have permission to use every input you upload.

5. What will be rejected (with reason)

These inputs are blocked at validation or auto-refunded after the model returns a no-result. The exact reason is shown on the toast and logged in Settings → Wallet → Transactions.

  • Blank or near-blank pages — Reason: nothing for the model to interpret. Re-upload the actual plan.
  • Heavily watermarked or stamped plans — Reason: watermark dominates the image and corrupts the model's read of the geometry. Use the source file or remove the stamp.
  • Photos of a phone screen / printed paper at an angle — Reason: keystone distortion + glare. Re-export a flat PDF or screenshot.
  • Files under 1024 px on the long edge — Reason: too low-resolution for the model to resolve walls. Re-export at higher resolution.
  • Files over 20 MB — Reason: exceeds the upload cap. Compress or split into multiple pages.
  • Non-architectural content (people portraits, product shots, landscapes without buildings) — Reason: the renderer is architecture-only and will refund + warn.
  • Adult, violent, hateful, or otherwise prohibited content — Reason: violates Acceptable Use; account flagged on repeat offences.
  • 3rd-party copyrighted photographs of named buildings as a 'style reference' — Reason: risk of derivative IP infringement. Use a generic style description or your own photo.
  • Encrypted / password-protected PDFs — Reason: cannot be read. Remove the password and re-upload.

6. Content limits

We do not generate explicit, violent, or hate-targeted imagery. Architecture-only — interior, exterior, sketch-to-3D, plan visualisation. Attempts to use the renderer for prohibited content are flagged and refunded with a warning.

7. Style fidelity

We work hard to match your reference style and corner prompts, but AI rendering is probabilistic. Small variations in mood, lighting, and material treatment between runs are expected and not grounds for refund.

8. Resolution & format

Outputs are delivered as JPG (default) or PNG (on request) at the resolution shown in the tool — 1024×1024 standard, up to 2048×2048 for Pro Render. Bulk ZIP download preserves view labels and project context.

9. Storage, sharing & retention

Renders are stored privately in your gallery for the lifetime of your account. Public renders also appear on /discover with a stable share URL (rich Open Graph previews). Toggle to Private anytime — share link is disabled within seconds. You can delete any render anytime; deletion is permanent within 30 days (90 days for backups).

10. Disputes

If a delivered render is broken or off-prompt, click 'Report issue' on the render card. Disputes are reviewed within 2 business days; valid reports are refunded plus a bonus credit for the inconvenience.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as a successful render?

An image is delivered at the requested resolution, free of corruption, broadly matching the prompt and reference, with no blank/black-frame failures and no provider error.

What is the per-view delivery promise?

When you request N views (e.g. 4 corners), we either deliver all N or refund the failed ones automatically. You will never be charged for a view that did not land in your gallery.

How do retries work?

Internal pipeline failures (timeout, transient model error) trigger up to 2 silent retries before the credit is refunded. You can manually re-run any render from the gallery without re-uploading inputs.

What counts as acceptable input?

JPG, PNG, or PDF up to 20 MB with a long edge of at least 1024 px (2048 px+ recommended for plans). Floor plans should be orthographic top-down with clearly visible walls and readable room labels. Sketches should have clean lines on a light background with consistent perspective. Reference images should be high-quality photographs of the desired style for the same building type. Vector PDFs are best (we read room labels); scanned PDFs work if pages are flat and unrotated. Room labels in English or transliterated Hindi work best, and you must own or have permission to use every input you upload.

What inputs will be rejected?

Blank or near-blank pages (nothing for the model to interpret); heavily watermarked or stamped plans (watermark corrupts the geometry read); photos of a phone screen or printed paper at an angle (keystone distortion + glare); files under 1024 px on the long edge (too low-resolution to resolve walls); files over 20 MB (exceeds upload cap); non-architectural content like portraits, product shots, or pure landscapes (renderer is architecture-only); adult, violent, or hateful content (violates Acceptable Use); third-party copyrighted photographs of named buildings used as a style reference (derivative IP risk); and encrypted or password-protected PDFs (cannot be read).

What are the content limits?

We do not generate explicit, violent, or hate-targeted imagery. Architecture-only — interior, exterior, sketch-to-3D, plan visualisation. Attempts to use the renderer for prohibited content are flagged and refunded with a warning.

How closely will the render match my style reference?

We work hard to match your reference style and corner prompts, but AI rendering is probabilistic. Small variations in mood, lighting, and material treatment between runs are expected and not grounds for refund.

What resolution and format are renders delivered in?

Outputs are delivered as JPG (default) or PNG (on request) at the resolution shown in the tool — 1024×1024 standard, up to 2048×2048 for Pro Render. Bulk ZIP download preserves view labels and project context.

How do storage, sharing, and retention work?

Toggle to Private anytime — share link is disabled within seconds. You can delete any render anytime; deletion is permanent within 30 days (90 days for backups).

How do I dispute a delivered render?

If a delivered render is broken or off-prompt, click 'Report issue' on the render card. Disputes are reviewed within 2 business days; valid reports are refunded plus a bonus credit for the inconvenience.
